Based on art by Shane Glines. The design belongs to the series "Justice League Action" series (2016-2017).

Initially, I thought this one could be done by Bruce Timm or related to him.

Well, Shane Glines and Bruce Timm worked together in "The New Batman Adventures", "Superman: The Animated Series", "Batman Beyond" and more.

If you want to know more, there is an interesting interview published as a book:

Be aware: it's a French book.

However, I think it was published before in English as:

The English version is sadly out of stock but, hey, if I read the book in French, I'm sure anyone would be capable to do so!
